In trying to capture just parts of my company's on-line video. I do see I can customize the screen size and quality. Nice. However, I do not seem to be able to pause the recording more than once or twice. Nothing more happens. In other words, I have a 15 minute video that I am trying to cut down to 6 minutes for an email. I need about 8 recording pauses until the live portion is where I want to start recoding again. That doesn't seem to be working. I assume it is something on my end but want to make sure before I purchase. Any suggestions?
After trying to reproduce what happens on your computer I was not able to create a similar behavior. It works fine in here. What I can promise you is that if this is indeed a problem within the software I will have it solved for the next release. I would like you to exchange e-mails with me until I can figure out what is happening on your end. Please reply directly to the e-mail I have provided on this comment.
Downloaded the program to try it, but as it is an EFW file I cannot open it. What program do I need to open this file? Regards Raymond Bilton
Alex, I did not see your email listed in the post. I have not been successful in capturing a video w/audio if I am employing "pause" to edit out parts of the the original. I have tried numerous frame rates and download speeds. The total recording is only to the first pause. Thanks. PS: Hopefully you will extend the price until we have looked into this.
