APBackup is an automatic backup tool that makes it easy you to back up your data to local or network drives, FTP or LAN. It supports pretty much any storage media types (floppy, hard drive, network disk, DVD, CD-R/W, FTP or LAN), offers plug-in support (WinRar, ARJ or JAR) for other compression filetypes, provides file/folder sync options, and even includes and a brainlessly simple task scheduler.

In addition, APBackUp offers several extremely handy features that most other backup software developers seem to have overlooked. It lets you backup files that are opened and being used, provides e-mail notifications detailing backup results, allows incremental backup and optionally allows the program to be run as a network service. Plus, APBackUp can backup multiple PCs and store all the data in a single place!
