It's five o'clock in the morning.

You've been up all night working on the layout of tomorrow's presentation. Pixel by pixel, your design elements crawl across the screen, but something about the design just seems to be... off.

"Dang!" you say to yourself "if only Euclid and Fibonnaci were here to explain to me the rationale behind the golden ratio in aesthetics as it relates to the proportions of the human body! If only Leonardo DiVinci and Salvador Dali were here to help me apply this mathematical knowledge to my own layout!"

With Atrise Golden Section installed, you'll be able to harness the power of the golden ratio with fully modifiable digital representations of these proven mathematical/aesthetic ratios, available for use right on your PC.

Sure, your graphics programs have built-in grid features that are perfectly usable for lining up a little text with the base of a photo. But images and layouts -- complex systems of color, content, perspective and the illusion of three dimensions -- require a more sophisticated method of analysis.

Atrise Golden Section gives you those tools in an elegant, intuitive, and usable manner!

Select the appropriate golden geometry for your project: circles, spirals, triangles, rectangles or any combination thereof, and place it over your image. Using Atrise Golden Section's simple and effective user interface you can put multiple grids on an image, or grids within grids. Simply define the area of analysis, select a ratio, select the look and size of your grid then make the world a little more beautiful with simple, perfect design, with the security of ancient mathematical proportions on your side!

Please note: Atrise Golden Section is compatible with all of the following and more: Photoshop, GIMP, Borland Delphi, Inkscape, OpenOffice.org, Visual C++!

Fredrick Hello,

The information on the manufacturer web site offered a good liberal arts primer on golden section and an introduction to Fibonacci numbers, but no concrete examples or explanations germane to choosing appropriate interface or design attributes, as alluded to in the description of program features.

Do you have examples or tutorials on how the use of this program translates to the users ability to choose an appropriate logo, web, photo and/or graphic design?

Can any users of the program comment on real world application?

Thanks…
