Software Guy Very convenient, especially with the file location clip placed in my clipboard manager BUT with one license per computer it is simply too expensive for me. At a minimum I use 3 computers at 3 locations every day and may carry a fourth. The whole purpose of dropbox is to allow easy file sharing between computers. Requiring 4 licenses for me to occasionally upload files to dropbox??...

Dave Doiron I down loaded and installed the free version to see just how it worked and help with the buy decision. Unfortunately, it doesn't work!

It did install the context menu to Explorer; however, clicking on the settings didn't bring up the menu to input settings, So I tried running the program from the Windows Programs menu. Clicking on it gave me an "Invalid filename" error message. Clicking on OK did result in my having the Settings menu. However, after inputting the info, clicking on either OK or cancel resulted in the error message "Unable to write to C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Roaming|ArcticLine\Click2Public\Settings.ini."

Chris Why would you need this since DropBox has it's own folder, which I have on my desktop, and all you have to do is drop whatever you want into the folder icon.

Zee Uptwist Hi Roman, Does Click2Public Pro have the ability to copy/move to sub-folders within the Public folder? I don't store files directly within the Public folder. I store them in sub-folders located in the Public folder. Thank you.

John Storrs Hi,
will this product work with BOX as well as Dropbox ? I find (results will vary on where you are/network/etc) the upload and download speed on BOX better for me than Dropbox which is why i prefer to use BOX.

So, will this product work with BOX ?

Andrew Lea Cool idea! Just one problem - It doesn't work!
In Windows 7 - Installed OK, but trying to run it from the right-click context menu generates an error-message.
Cool idea, though. I was ready to buy... Maybe next time - after you've hired a QA engineer. (I know - that's a nutty idea.)

Zee Uptwist @ Andrew - It works fine for me (Win 7 64-bit).

Make sure you've entered your "User ID:" in settings properly. It is an eight-digit number. The instructions tell you how to do this. You'll get an error message if you don't do this properly.

If you've already done this, then it's something the developer has to help you out with.
