We've been frustrated by the limitations of the Windows clipboard for the last 13 years. Until just recently, that is, when we discovered ClipMate. ClipMate does everything we've ever wanted the Windows clipboard to do, not to mention a few other things we hadn't even thought of.
What's wrong with the Windows clipboard? It only holds one item. It pastes formatting when and where we don't want it. Let's face it -- it's nowhere near as useful as it really should be, especially considering how often we all use it.
ClipMate fixes all the deficiencies of the Windows built-in clipboard. For starters, it allows for multiple items and strips out RTF and newlines. But Clipmate also gives us other character cleanup, clip editing, and allows us to save the source of each clip. Throw in a screenshot tool (with and without the cursor), autotext, encryption, search.... ClipMate is an amazingly powerful, useful, and feature-rich program.

Great program that does exactly what it says it does and more. I especially like the ability to have the program handle information copied to the clipboard in different ways depending on the program that it was copied from. For example, I could have it store any clips from my text editor in a different folder than any clips from mIRC.
Citra FX is a stinker; Clipmate is great!

As a long-time registered user of ClipMate, I can attest to the fact that it is one of the most useful utilities I've ever installed. It's invaluable at home and at work. I've also got the portable version on my USB flash drive. I've never regretted paying full price. Don't pass up the chance to get this at a great discount.

I bought ClipMate over five years ago and have used it daily ever since. If I were only allowed one utility on a Desert Island ClipMate would be the one.

I bought this program the last time it was on offer. The ability to have an unlimited amount of clipboards makes software like graphic design so much more easy. I use the screen grab a lot and all the clips are saved until you decide to delete them. The program has much more power than simple copying and quite frankly I've still loads to lean about it. Highly recommended.
Years ago, someone whose opinion I trusted said "once you try ClipMate, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it." I tried it, and I agree! It's probably my favorite piece of software, the one I use most and can't imagine being without. It keeps adding new features without becoming bloated, and the developer, Chris Thornton, is amazingly responsive on the ClipMate forum.
ClipMate is simply the best clipboard manager out there. Its closest competitor is miles behind it in terms of functionality. In addition to organizing my clips the way I want them, my favorite feature is that ClipMate automatically moves clips to an "overflow" folder after a designated time keep the new clips folder uncluttered and manageable. I thought it was a bargain when I paid the full price for it and couldn't imagine anyone passing it up at this special price.
