Challenge Your Brain!
Imagine a game that you can control with one hand, using only a mouse. Sounds simple, right? What if I told you that while the control scheme was simple, the puzzles within this game were challenging enough to make your brain itch.
CubeDrift is a game inspired by the classic Sokoban. Using a top-down view, you have to push blocks around a field to get them to designated positions. To win a level, push all of the colored blocks over their corresponding colored dots.
Sure, it sounds easy, but pretty soon you're dealing with arranging blocks a certain way to enable you to get where you want to go. Blocks can travel in any of four directions, and will continue moving until they hit an obstacle. Put simply, this means that a lot of times, your block is going to go somewhere you don't want it to, unless you block the path right where you need it to stop.
Control in CubeDrift is accomplished using the mouse. Hovering your mouse pointer over each side of the block makes an arrow appear indicating the direction it will slide. Click the mouse and make your cube drift, all the while listening to the cool techno music that makes up CubeDrift's soundtrack.
With 100 levels and 6 different level themes, CubeDrift is going to suck you in big time. And, just when you think you've finished the game, you can create your own levels using the level editor and download custom levels created by other players!
