There is a problem purchasing this software. The order form does not have a submit button. It gets tuck at "Referred by" and there is nothing in the drop down list. I tried IE, FireFox and Safari - all 3 failed. Developer, please fix it so I can place an order before the deal expires. Thanks

Having just looked at your videos, in the video 'ticket creator installation' it seems that to create tickets (with increasing numbers) one would have to be buy a separate product/plugin for about 20$. Has this feature been meanwhile integrated into EasyFlyer 2? Is perhaps ALL integrated into EasyFlyer or are still some plugins to be bought separetely?
