I have tried various ways of contacting the vendor with specific questions about the product, but everyone one of my inquiries, each sent to a different address or by a different means, have been kicked back as undeliverable, rejected by their server. So please beware, as there seems to be no means for customer support of this product.
hm, it is very strange! Just recently, before purchase of 2 business licenses have contacted them by e'mail support@evjosoft.com and they answered me immediately without any problems. Try this e'mail too.
