Ever tried to make a complex selection in Photoshop? Unless you're a pro, the results are always the same -- a jagged, amateur-looking mess, aching wrists, and a good two hours of your life that you'll never get back.

EZlect is an extremely powerful Photoshop plugin that takes the guesswork and heavy lifting out of complex selections. Using it is as simple as clicking. Just click to mark and designate the selection that you want to keep, and click to mark and designate the background elements that you want removed.

And the result?

A beautiful anti-aliased selection on a white background, ready to be used as a new layer in your project!

And it's fast! Because it performs calculations in the background as you work, EZlect can process a 10 megapixel image in less than a second! As you add or remove foreground and background markers, EZlect recalculates and updates your selection instantly.

Super-precise selection and editing is a breeze, thanks to the ability to zoom in or out from 5% to 1600%. Choose between five different levels of anti-aliasing to easily get the best results for any source material.

EZlect runs on Windows and Mac OS X and is compatible with all versions of Adobe Photoshop, with Adobe Photoshop Elements, with Corel Paint Shop Pro, and with any other graphics program that supports the Photoshop plug-in format. With EZlect, you'll save hours with all of your Photoshop projects!

Jan-Christoph Ihrens Maybe I overlooked something, but using the Photoshop CS5 Quick Selection Tool is *much* quicker, more intuitive and even more precise... Is this tool meant for other programs only?

Frederik Slijkerman Hi Mike,

I haven't tried Gimp, but you can check yourself by downloading the evaluation edition first!

Cheers,

Mark K I installed the evaluation version this morning to test with Paint Shop Pro. When I select EZlect from the Effects/Plugins menu, I get a popup that the evaluation period has expired.
