Huidong Dear developer, does Fortora support direct connection to any banks? For instance, I use PNC Bank, they have a VirtualWallet service, great interface, but insanely slow performance (thanks to poor Flash programming.) So if Fortora is able to directly connect to and download data from PNC, I'll definitely order this program. Thanks.

M B I use FFF and I can say the developer has been busy with updates and making the program much better overall. The images that are connected to this sale do not accurately reflect how nice the program looks now, or the addition of a few nice touches. Personally, I think $9.95 is a great deal for this software that is user friendly, and will cover the vast majority of users’ needs.

Cameron Gay I used this programme for while and it was reasonable and worth the price being asked here.

My only problem was a complete lack of response to support requests.

Hopefully this problem has been adressed.

M B Cameron Gay, I will say I have only received (if I remember correctly) 1, or 2 actual responses to tickets sent in to FFF.

However, I will also say many of the suggestion for changes that I have made, I have seen implemented into the program in a very short time span.

The one real support question I did have did get answered after 2 mails to FFF, but the answer was exactly what I needed.

Peter Gabriel I'm a bit concerned about the security aspect of the order page. Fair enough, it says it's a secure page but Opera doesn't recognize it as such, i.e. there is no padlock icon. I would have bought via PayPal but unfortunately there is no option to do so.

I like the program though.

Edward Smith I bought this program last time and have never been able to direct connect to Bank of America, something that I easily do with other programs. When I contacted the vendor for help, I found out that they use a tranfer method that BAC has, but one that I would have to pay a monthly fee to BAC to use.

Andreas Hoffmann Hi, although I can read that this program is "Cross-platform and Portable. Works where you do." I don't see a download for a portable WIndows-Version. Or can I put the Exe with the complete ProgramDir to an USB-Stick?

Futhermore I would like to know more about the updates. This offer includes 1 Yr updates, but how much will another year of updates cost? Didn't found anything on the website, sorry!

Edward Smith It DOES support the direct connect that the customer has to pay a monthly fee to BAC for, but it does not support web connect that the BAC customers do not have to pay for. I am just wondering why the vendor would not support web connect that is free to BAC customers.

I should add, otherwise I think it is a very nice program.

Herman Carnell McCrea Perhaps this is the wrong forum in which to post my grievance but, over four hours ago I galloped over to the vendor to take advantage of the special pricing and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or anything. They have my card information due to no Paypal option. I don't like this feeling. I have contacted their service department. I looked in spam box and eveywhere else.
