Catherine McClarey I've got the free trial version of HyperCam 3 installed on my computer, but haven't really used it yet. (I've been using CamStudio 2.0 and Bandicam (paid version) for my narrated PC game capture videos thus far.) The HyperCam 3 interface certainly looks sleeker that what little I've seen of HyperCam 2 (from YouTube videos about the earlier version); however, I think I would find it very helpful to view a tutorial which would walk me through setting up HyperCam 3 and recording a game capture video with it.
Also, can one record both game audio and narration simultaneously with HyperCam 3? If so, how?

Alan Sawyer On the website video demo it talks about editing in HyperCam Video Editor but I don't see that listed in the products.

Can you tell me what it is, did the name change, etc

Thank you for your interest.

HyperCam Media Editor is the built-in video editor of HyperCam 3 which helps to edit the recorded files.

It can be opened from the "Recent records" window of HyperCam by selecting the record and choosing ''Edit" button or from the Start - HyperCam 3 - HyperCam Media Editor.

HyperCam uses codecs installed on your PC.

So if you install AC3 codec, you can set it as the audio compressor in Options - Audio.

AC3 filter is available for the download from http://ac3filter.net/

I Looked At The Specs On Your Home Page, And It Looks Like You Can only Save The Files In 3 Different Ways

What About MPEG4, Or .Mov Or .Flv Or Is It Just The 3 File Types Listed Saving captured data to AVI, WMV/ASF files

I Guess I Can Always Convert .avi To .flv or MPEG4 ??

HyperCam is able to record as only video, as only audio as both video and audio.

The output files for video are AVI, WMV/ASF.

MP4, MOV, FLV formats unfortunately are not supported at present time, but we will possibly add such features to the next releases.
Of cause, you can use any converter to change the file format.

Audio records you can receive in WAV, WMA.

This license will be valid lifetime for all 3.x versions of HyperCam.

All upgrades within the major version are free of charge.

For upgrades to the next major version we offer a significant discounts or we make the upgrade for free, if the previous major version was purchased in the "grace period" before the new major version release.
