Adrian Williams Its worth giving the software a try first. My hosing package is linux based and is therefore not suitable for this product. It needs a windows sever to run on.
Great customer support and I'd suggest you try the demo on their website. It is well worth the time.
Its a shame as i'd buy the media island version without hesitation.

John Forthright It's a shame that this company decided to scrimp space on the screenshots - both on the bitsdujour site and on their own website. For this type of software, a good (almost) full-screen screenshot is absolutely necessary in order to sell the product. I'll pass on this one since I don't want to install a trial version just to see what the program and its output looks like.

Mark Hill If you go to the web site you will see that there is a live demo system to explore without the need to download and install.
The hosting requirements are clearly spelt out and easy to understand. The supporting documentation steps you through all stages of implentation and is easy to follow .

We have easy to use demo's o our website that showcase the product. You do need a Windows Server. Many ISP's provide that as an option. Setup is easy as setting up a few permissions and uploading the product to your server. Will not affect your current web pages. This version of ImageIsland Professional is actually 3.1 and updated with many cool new features, including sample HTML galleries, new photo gallery ordering system, and Photo Folder management system. With all this you can manage all your images using your web browser. No need for a database, third party photo sites, COM objects, or plugins.
