Log Monitoring and Notification

In a nutshell, LogMeister allows you to centrally monitor and analyze virtually any log that a system or application can generate, including Windows Event Logs, Text Logs, RSS Feeds, and so on.

The data for each log can be viewed in LogMeister's built in Log Viewer. It lets you merge data from multiple logs, filter, sort, and reorganize columns, and create multiple views for the same set of data.

The click of a button lets you export a particular log view to text, csv, xml, formatted HTML, or to an RSS feed, making the data easy to distribute and even easier to import into a wide variety of third party databases and analysis tools.

LogMeister lets you filter data as it is read from the source, allowing you to filter out 'noise' events and restrict which items are written. You can even tell LogMeister to watch incoming data for certain criteria and take appropriate action, such as issuing an onscreen alert, sending an email, running a script, or generating a separate log.
