Bob Feigel @ Constantin Florea - Since my original posts no longer appear, I'll have to ask again.

I have paid for and installed a licensed version of Mask Surf Everything. When I launched it - as asked at the end of the installation process - I was asked to register it.

I used the license code provided in the confirmation email and it appeared to have been accepted. But when I relaunched MSE it said I was using the Trial Version.

So when I attempted to register again, I got an error window telling me that I couldn't use that license code again. I was also told that I have 14 days remaining on my TRAIL VERSION.

I have paid for a licensed version of this product. Yet I'm still having to use a Trial Version. I would appreciate someone resolving this issue.

Chris Roy Jackson I received this (following) email from Sales@PayProGlobal after completing my Purchase using PayPal.

Why won't they process the Order ???

They want me to use a Wire Transfer!!!

I don't even know HOW!!! I've never done one and do NOT WANT to !!!

Why is the (PayPal) option on the Order Page if they don't want to use it ???

Chris Roy Jackson I STILL have NOT heard back from anyone, and I can't even try the product, because after installing the Trial version when I start it, it says that my Trial has expired !!! ,Apparently I installed the older version Trial back in May (2013) ! I don't know why I never trialed it at the time... maybe a computer "Crash" ??? Anyway, as I stated (above) its Description sounds BETTER than my current solution... if ONLY I could TRY, or BUY at this special price!

If the program/Service performs as advertised, I (and my Family) would be a customer for Life !!! In addition, I would recommend it to all of my (considerable) contacts !!!
I hope that an arrangement can be made SOON whereby PayPal will be an option (as is shown on the "Purchase Page") !!!

Bob Feigel Now only 3 days left on my trial version. But I purchased a FULL version. I got an email from the vendor before Christmas asking me to describe my registration problems. Apparently he didn't read what I'd already written here earlier so I repeated it for him. Last I've heard from the vendor.

I suppose the lack of communication can be blamed on the season. But if you're going to offer an product for sale at the time of year this one was then you should be prepared to offer support for it. I notice the season didn't stop my credit card from being debited for the sale.

I tried 3 times and (it SEEMS) that they don't want to take CREDIT CARDS or PayPal !!! Do they want to go out of BUSINESS ??? Their Job is to take Payments NOT make it more difficult for Customers to buy !!! I've been using this same PayPal Account for over 15 years and NEVER had THIS much trouble making a purchase !!!

Markus Bad support! I have sent a ticket 6 (six !) days ago, asking them to reset the fingerprint on my computer. Despite the promised

"We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours. If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update you by sending you an email."

there was no answer and no change in the status of my ticket.

Thinking about disputing this on PayPal, since I could use the program very little since I bought it. If one has to expect so long when having a problem, how long of a 3 years licence is gonna actually be used?

Very, very dissapointing!

Bob Feigel Same here Markus. Bad support. I'm still waiting to hear back from Evgeniy Minakov about how long it will take to fix the problem with W8.1 64 bit. You'd think that a product offered by BitsDuJour would be designed for the latest version of Windows OS and that the supplier would offer more professional support. Very disappointed!

@Constantin Florea - I"m also surprised and disappointed that BitsDuJour offered a product like this. From now on I will have to assume that none of the products offered by BitsDuJour meet today's standards unless the promotion clearly states it supports the latest OS versions.

How about making a list of OS versions supported being required for each product offered?

Markus À mon avis, c'est un très bon programme. Mais il ne fonctionne pas sur Windows 8.1 et c'est un problème pour nous. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser le programm après la "trial" période , car il ne peut pas être enregistré. Si le développeur va résoudre ce problème, je suis sûr que je vais revenir au programme, puisque la fonctionnalité est assez unique.

In my opinion, this is a very good program. But it doesn't work on Windows 8.1 and this is a problem for us. It is not possible to use the programm after the trial period, because it can not be registered. If the developer is going to solve this problem, I'm sure I'll go back to this program, since the functionality is quite unique.

Petr I'm interested in your product, but my concern is the speed of the Internet connection using all those servers. What is the real-world thru-put for Uploading? Downloading?

Also, will this work with apps such as used for webinars? (go to meeting)
Will it work for Pandora and US version of Netflix?

mix624 My payment didnt go through because of paypal timeout according to paypro payment service. I find all of this very suspicious since I was told that I might get a phonecall to confirm the order. Another in here I see was asked to wire the money !?!

I also got another link to pay for the software after asking their support whats going on. Totally weird and I do not trust this company at all so I didnt attemt buying it again from an unofficial link.

CodeDog I still can't seem to register my copy. I had activated the trial to test it out, but then after attempting to register again on suggestion from Evgeniy it says the trial period has expired. And still not registered. Sent Evgeniy a screenshot the other day, but haven't heard back.

Tom Colvin I purchased the 36-month license on 6/21/2013. Today, 6/22/2014, after only 12 months, the software will no longer operate unless a pay for another 12 month license. I have all the documentation of this purchase and the license.

I would like to ask Bits du Jour whether you stand behind your original offer -- or is this a rip-off and betrayal of terms of sale? I have been a very long-time user at Bits du Jour, and this is the first time I have run into this kind of problem. I hope it is just a kink in the works and can be resolved easily and quickly.

No. Your traffic data was encrypted on your local PC and redirected to anonymous network. In Mask Surf Everything 2.2. anonymous DNS requests was added so your ISP can't see domain names of websites you are visiting.
