Sharon Mills I downloaded a trial version. I can record a video fine, but there is no sound to the video. Is this because it is a trial version, or am I doing something wrong?

Michael M I have tried various video capture programs over the years. None have worked. Anyone have a review of this one? What I need it to do is to be able to highlight a page showing video [a box, if you will] and to make a video of that.

In the past the recordings did not work, the end result was choppy or the video while recording was a system hog, with a lousy video at the end.

Maybe in 2008 the programs have improved. I am so skeptical that it is easier to ask if anyone has tried this program, rather than my downloading it and having another dismal result.

Michael M Sharon... I am having the same problem. Records video quite nicely, but not getting any audio. Don't see anything on my settings that can be an issue.

When it converts, it says "converting video and audio," no error messages. So not sure what is up.

Andy Hook Okay i purchased the full version, i got an e-mail for the download but no registration code.

I sent and e-mail to support but it got rejected (note below)

PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 554 support@minicapture.com: Recipient address rejected

Not only could i not initialy trail it in time to get the discount (because of the above problems) i have something ive paid for but cant use

Andy Hook Seems I spoke too soon, Just tried entering the name and keycode and get the following message

''Invalid Register name or code''

I have tried the following

1) Typing it in carefully exactly as in the e-mail
2) Carefully copying and pasting the information directly from the e-mail
3) copying and pasting the information into notepad (to strip any inline codes that may have corrupted it) and then cutiing and pasting

Everytime i get the same message
