MS Word Classic Menu for MS Word 2007
Lose the Ribbon for good!
For some of us, change is not good. We like our cheese right where we left it, thank you very much. This is never more true than when Microsoft messes with the user interfaces that we've grown to love and cherish, or at the very least, rely on.
As you well know, when Microsoft debuted Office 2007, they introduced the Ribbon, which replaced the traditional menus, toolbars, and task panes with a single, tabbed panel that revealed groupings of relevant functions.
The Ribbon was good for some, but not so good for others.
Unfortunately for the others, Microsoft made it impossible to remove the Ribbon, modify the Ribbon, or replace the Ribbon with traditional menus.
They just made us all live with it. That is, until now.
MS Word Classic Menu for MS Word 2007 does exactly what it says it does. Once you install the plug-in, all of those classic MS Word menus will come running back to your loving arms.
All of your drop-down menus from MS Office 2003 are made available to you, allowing you to work more efficiently without having to remember where your old menu options went.
