    I noticed in the v.9 vs. v.10 comparison on the website that there are some features that were in v.9 which are no longer in v.10.

    If we purchase v.10 here, can the serial # be used to install v.9, if I need those features?

    Is the WINPE BASED RECOVERY CD locked to one machine or can be used on another one to use the utilities on it? Also, can I use PPM 10 Pro to backup my data and then restore it on another machine?

    Particularly I want to use it on a Windows 7 and a Mac machine, through the CD utilities only.

    Are we going to get some answers before the midnight sale expiration? If not, will you extend the sale price thru tomorrow?

    The Reviews & Testimonials above all refer to v.9.0 or earlier, not v.10, (except for the European PC Advisor review), since v.10 was only just released in U.S. (the German version has been out for a few months). So we have very little information about v.10 available.

    The "demo" version is so limited in functionality, it is not possible to adequately test the software: (see as follows)

    These features have restricted functionality: Recovery Media Builder (will build bootable media, where only view and check operations are available).

    These features are limited in functionality (Virtual Mode Only): Backup Wizard, Restore Wizard, Create/Format/Delete/Undelete Partition Wizards, Copy Hard Disk/Partition Wizards, Disk Editor, Merge Partitions Wizard, Redistribute Free Space Wizard, Install New OS Wizard.

    These features are unavailable in the demo version: Boot Manager Setup Wizard, File Transfer Wizard.

    What is the upgrade policy? Discounts on future major versions?

    Is there a satisfaction warranty? (Especially since the demo is so limited that it is not possible to evaluate the software adequately without purchasing.).

    Are we going to get some answers from Paragon today??? Only one hour remaining on this sale!!

    If the company is this unresponsive before the sale, how responsive will they be after the sale???

    What is the cross-product upgrade policy?

    e.g., When you come out with a new Windows 7 compatible version of Hard Disk Manager Pro, can I upgrade from Partition Manager Pro for the difference in price between the two products?
