Search Results List: When a search is performed the results are presented in a list. This allows you to switch back and forth between several search results just by double clicking on the entry in the list.
Registry Comments: Create searchable comments for each entry in your registry.
.Reg File Editing: Windows .reg files can be opened in a stand alone editor before being imported into the registry. This gives you the chance to see what data will be imported and lets you modify it if necessary.

STE Fan Is this editor able
to convert {GUID} and path entries found in the registry
to clickable links so i can browse the registry from link to link
or open Explorer to visit the folder.

F.ex.
go to HKCR \ .txt
and i want to shift-click on 'txtfile'
to let your editor go to next kex HKCR \ txtfile
without i have to browse by myself.

Or open an registry key where an path to an file is stored
and i want to shift-click on this path to open it in explorer.

STE Fan one can't export or even copy (for pasting) the search result?
Why do you need 10MB sized program folder for such an simple app?

Simon Craythorn Sorry, this offer does not cover the U3 version. We have to pay license fees to U3 for this version so we would actually be out of pocket if we sold this version for 9.99.

Simon Craythorn It will not convert the {GUID} and path entries, but this is a great idea. We will add this to the list of things to do for the next version.

Simon Craythorn What would you want to export the search result to? Not sure it would provide any purpose outside of the app. If you have a good example of why you would want to do this then please let us know. We are always looking for new features to add.

V1 of RegCOPA had no pretty graphics and was a bare app. It came in at around 2MB. We got constant complaints that the app looked old and out of date so we had to give it a huge spruce up, dockable windows, animations, etc. Once you start adding things like this the footprint goes up.

at least you could provide an portable non-U3 app
by using ini or xml in program folder to store the settings instead of using the registry, too not mess up other pc if i help other people ,.. and i can use my same settings on all pc i work on.
