Thomas Holz ReplyButler goes into the same direction, but with a different twist. It is limited to MS Outlook. This may seem to be a limitation, but in fact it offers many advantages. This way,the program can appear directly in Outlook and without and clicks or hotkeys suggest text templates that would be right for the current mail. And if you answer e-mails in several languages it will automatically suggest the texts in the language that matches the e-mail's language.

Nico Westerdale I don't normally post about products, but I just installed ReplyButler and it's insanely useful for software developers. There's a menu that comes pre-configured with useful replies to questions that I regularly get from customers. I can see this saving me time already!
