So, you've finally decided that enough is enough. Time to throw in the towel with the old Start ===> All Programs way of opening your applications in Windows. You're sick of it, and you're looking for an easy way to launch your favorite files, folders, programs, and websites that doesn't require a lot of complicated setup. You want to go from tedious to easy-breezy, not from one repetitive and boring method to a different repetitive and boring method.

With SuperLauncher, you'll be able to map all of your files, folders, programs, and websites to keyboard hotkeys or mouse clicks. And, instead of using an installation dialog box to manually type out each shortcut or navigating to obscure files to map them, you can easily drag and drop new shortcuts and let SuperLauncher take care of the rest!

Associated shortcuts can be organized into groups, so a single keystroke opens them all like magic! Wave goodbye to the days of searching through the Start menu or drilling down through endless levels of folders to get at the specific file that you need.

SuperLauncher also includes a powerful scheduler that lets you automatically launch applications whenever you want or perform system tasks like shutting down or rebooting the machine at a certain hour. You can even have SuperLauncher pop up automatic reminders on your Windows desktop!

This promotion includes the following:
SuperLauncher ($29.90)
1AVCenter Full Edition ($99.95)
EZBurner ($29.90)

Alex Ferri Hello.

You can request keys from inside the program like in this video demonstration:

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Send key to my e-mail’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the e-mail address you used to register > Then click ‘Send’.

The key is sent to your e-mail address.

After you receive the key you go:

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Enter key’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the key you have received on your e-mail > Then click ‘Authenticate’.

Or you can log into the control panel here:

Jim User Hi, sorry, I should have also stated that I cannot get to the software d/l link because of the security warning.

Do you have an alternate site to d/l the software?

Alex Ferri I have tested the download link both on FireFox and Chrome and it showed no warnings. the installer is 100% clean on VirusTotal.

The download link is:

Ignore the warning. What happened is I bundled the installers for a few days and it accused adware so I rolled back every installer and got rid of the adware but it got flagged but I assure you it is safe.
Richard User I "bought" SuperLauncher (for $0). I entered my info and went to your download link.

As Jim User said, Google Safe Browsing blocked the URL as being unsafe (now, 1 hour after Alex Ferri said everything was OK). I clicked "Details" and instructed the browser to download it anyway. Chrome downloaded the exe file but claimed it was unsafe and renamed it to "Unconfirmed 712495.crdownload".

Then I went into Chrome settings and turned off the safe browsing setting and tried to download the exe again. This time it downloaded "SPLaunchInst.exe" but then Windows Defender popped up and said the file contained malware. It quarantined the file and shows that the detected item is "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.A!cl" with an Alert level of "Severe".

Sorry, but I'm not messing with this any more. This software triggered 2 different defensive actions by my security set up. I liked what SuperLauncher promised, but the risk of running the installer is too great.

Alex Ferri Here is the virustotal report of SuperLauncher installer:
Richard User If I were certain that the installer that is getting the clean bill of health from Virustotal is the identical installer that I downloaded, then I might be willing to continue with it. But I'm not certain of that, and I'm not going to invest additional time looking into it. Other people may have a better experience. I hope they do, and I hope they will post about it here so we can all learn.

To recap: I like what SuperLauncher appears to do and wanted to install it and give it a try. I've made a number of purchases here on BDJ (and not all of them have been of the free variety). When I find useful software after a trial period, I'm receptive to paying for additional years of support or paying for a "Pro" version or whatever. So, I don't come here to BDJ with the intent or desire to be critical of the products that are offered. But, I feel that I'm providing a service to share my experience when I have something particular to say, either good or bad, just as I appreciate reading what other people have to say.

Jim User and I and maybe others have related their experiences, and you Alex have responded (thank you for being responsive). People can decide for themselves what they want to do.

Alex Ferri I generated the report by downloading the very same promotional link by the way just to reassure you.
Chris Chance I ignored the warning in Chrome and downloaded the file.
My Norton IS software scanned the downloaded file and said it was Safe.

SuperLauncher now registered.

Thank you.
