Russell Clinton Help!!! Running on XP
1. I got the trial version of taskmanager and like it.
2. I used add/remove to remove it.
3. I bought the program through bits du jour and downloaded the paid version.
4. It will NOT install.

Amanvir Parhar Most probably the program is already running. Please check the icon in the system tray. If you see the taskbar icon in the system tray, right-click on it and select Exit. Then install the full version.

Mary Wilson Did you know that none of your links work except the one to pay. I tried to look at the video and it did not work. I tried to download a trial and this did not work. As this is the sort of program I wanted, I paid for it. The link for the full version did not work. As I now own a copy and none of the links work, how do I get my program?

Mary Wilson All they sent was a e-mail with the same Full version download link that still does not work and also to unistall the old version. As I could not download the trial version, I can't uninstall the old version and I still can't see the video.
