Is this bundle the same as your Real Estate Calculator Suite? On your site this sells for $39.95 for a total of 16 calculators.

Dan Hite The three products break down as follows:

- Home Buyers Calculator Suite is a suite of 12 home selling calculators. It has most of what a home owner / home buyer would need.
- Real Estate Calculator Suite is a higher-end version of Home Buyers Calculator Suite that has everything Home Buyers Calculator Suite has plus a Prepayment calculator, a Home Seller's Proceeds calculator, a calendar and date calculator, and handy pop-up calculator.
- Home Selling Calculator is different from the other two in that it shows you the effects of time on market and helps you see the effects of different home prices on your profit helping you set the right price when selling.

Dan Hite M B, THANK YOU for pointing this out! The setups have been like that from the beginning I believe and it was never pointed out before if you can believe that. It was a simple switch in the setup compiler that I just changed. I've put new setups on the websites so just download them and run the installs again. There's no need to uninstall before reinstalling. You'll be able to specify any folder location you like now.

Dan Hite MB, Actually, if you already installed to one location and you wish to change to a different location then you WILL want to uninstall before running the new setup. Sorry for the goof.

Just wanted to know wether this software is usable in European Union countries (currency, kinds of mortgages, etc...).

The calculations really aren't currency-specific though results are shown with dollar notation ($100.00). I'm not aware of any differences on how mortgates are calculated in EU coutries but you can download and try the software free to confirm.
