Bruno Verschraegen Hello, looking at the screen shots, it seems one can choose between two pre-set tax rates. Is 2 the limit or can this be extended? Or can rates be manually entered for every item if necessary?

Currently, Turbo Invoicer can only work with 2 taxes and can't be extended.

But if more people think that is interesting having more taxes, I'll add it to my "high priority upgrades list".

Marc Casas @Roberto: You can add a discount to an item manually by reducing its price, but Turbo Invoicer can't add discounts.

Peter Dr Hello Turbo Invoicers:

I have three questions:

1. When an invoice is paid, can we use this program to print a receipt?

2. Can we email an invoice from the program? Or we print it (e.g. in pdf format) and email it as an attachment?

3. Does the program help us to track overdue payments and send out reminders?

On the tax side: Good for you to have two taxes,. and have the option of including the firsst tax in the second one. I would assume the formula would be something like
Cost * First Tax% + ((Cost + First Tax) * Second Tax%) = Total including both taxes.

You are right, the taxes are calculated with your formula.

On the other hand:
1) No, Turbo Invoicer don't print receips. But it's a good idea for the next version.

2) You can print an invoice using a PDF printer like PDF Creator, and then send the generated PDF by email. I do this to send invoices to my customers

3) No, Turbo Invoicer won't help you with overdue payments, because Turbo Invoicer don't store payment details (except paid/unpaid). What you can do is a report of unpaid invoices.
