CFGuy Hi- I am having problems registering to get my activation code. Does the program have to be installed on ones system before registration? This might be the problem. Otherwise, I enter in all of my registration data, receive a "verification email" with a link to click, but that just puts me back to the registration screen again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. CFguy.

Judi Podgurski Yes my friend, you have to install the software before you can register it. I'm just a user of BDJ, but I am quite certain you can not register uninstalled programs.

Richard Hmm..

No choice of where to install it. Strike number one
Registration process broken. Strike number two.
Sounds like it is only part of what is needed and have to pay extra to use. Strike number three.

I will pass...

Quill Pen They tried to give away WebSite X5 Home v12 (TWELVE, not ELEVEN) on 4/20/2016. I don't even see our comments (complaints) for that giveaway, only the complaints from the January giveaway. Now they're back offering the older v11. Seriously?

My review in April was critical as were others because even v12 wasn't a genuine WYSIWYG drag/drop program with real-time display of changes, but a very cumbersome process involving a set of options where you have to guess about final appearance. Worse, you have to be ONLINE to use it as they hold pretty much everything on their servers. It seemed like nagware, always prodding you to upgrade. If v12 HOME was nagware/crippleware, how limited must v11 "Compact" be?

Hopefully, Constantine can get a real WYSIWYG vendor to participate. Maybe Serif?

geo User For what it's worth: Any time I tried to participate in this vendor's free offer it never worked right. I was curious in testing their product so I tried several times , here and in other sites. The registration part never worked, even after talking with their customer reps. So, now any time I see their offerings I just roll my eyes and move on. Total waste of time. Just check their user forum you will see what I mean.
Really....not worth the effort!!!

Please note that all comments for this promotion will be screened before posting. It's nothing personal, just a step we have to take because of a few bad apples last time around.
