WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is basically a DVD ripper program to rip/convert DVD/ISO to general video formats, or to portable devices. In addition, it supports 3 DVD backup modes: backup DVD to ISO, backup DVD main title/full title to MPEG2 file. But the most important feature of this program is ripping DVDs.

WinX DVD Copy Pro focuses on DVD backup/copy only. It supports more DVD backup modes. Besides, it is also able to mount ISO file and burn DVD.

Chris Roy Jackson Thank You, but I cannot see any way to upgrade the software either in the "GUI" OR on the Website... There are TWO issues here:
#2 I want to be sure how to upgrade in the future!
#1 I have just purchased (HERE) version 3.6.3, but upon preparing to install, I see that I already have version 3.4.7 installed. Upon further checking it seems (by File Date) that I installed THAT (Previous) version on or around April 1st (LAST year).The problem is,i JUST HAVE THE "INSTALL File" WITH no notes, AND the information box in the Software just says it is a "Licensed Copy", so I have no idea (for SURE) if it is a "PAID" or a "FREE" License though I THINK I did pay for it. As my finances are limited and IF my first copy is PAID, then I'd like to get a refund as I don't really need a second copy. This would just be to upgrade the existing copy. On the "other hand" if my first copy was a "FREE License", I'm okay with paying for the License.
I looke through my purchases here at "Bits", and don't see the previous purchase, but it appears that not ALL of the purchases that I have made (over the past few years) are listed. Perhaps I should just email Digiarty's Support?!

You did NOT say whether you received either of the two emails that I sent to you. Did you ??? If you did, you can copy and Paste my email into the address (though I think you have it correct!).

I have been looking for an email from "Molly", and haven't seen it. Perhaps I have deleted them as Spm because I didn't know what to look for to recognize your email !!!
I get between 200 to 600 emails almost every day and 40% to 60% is all SPM (deleted MANUALLY!). perhaps you could put " Molly - WinX-DVD " (or something similar) in the "Subject Line" so that I will recognize your email... OR, just tell me what "Subject Line" you are using !

One last thing... If you have NOT received my emails, is your "mail" being FORWARDED to you from Mollywinxdvd.com ???
If it is, what DOMAIN is it forwarding to ??? (i.e. ...Hotmail.com ??? ... Yahoo.com ???)
I'll wait to see your reply as to whether You have received either of my previous emails before I attempt to send to you again.

Daniel People are paying for this. They have to install in 7 days and cannot install it again after 7 days, You have this policy with the give away and when buying your software, What kind of software company that will only allow 1 install in 7 days? Must register and install in 7 days. I will never purchase your
stuff again. I bought this before. Was unable to use it after I had to uninstall it. I used the same installer.

Daniel This offer is 34.96.
The fine print says You must install/register the software within 7 days, and cannot do so afterwards." Your sofware allows one install even when you pay 34.96 for it. I guess people have to pay after each uninstall. It is not just for the giveaway offers. If you can installl again fgor a purchased copy edit the fine print. Dont a without editing the You must install/register the software.
Your policy is not fair when paying 34.96 after a 30% discount.
People should avoid buying your software. I lost money on DVD Copy Pro.
Was told key is invalid using the same installer when I purchased it. To consider allowing 1 install on a 30% discount fair, is not fair.

The key will be invalid when you uninstall a paid version of your software.
Anyone tfrom WinX hat cosiders your policy fair is stealing from your users.

Reviews on the web say to avoid WinX for the reasons I posted above.
