    Need Help! Would like to purchase, *BUT* -- having problem with Trial version. -- Audio on converted AVI file has a "buzz" or high-pitched "hum" in it.

    Converted an original movie DVD to AVI, using the "Keep original" resolution, other settings left at defaults (frame rate 29.97, Xvid encoder, 1500 kbps bitrate, 44100Hz audio, 2 channel stereo, MP3, 128kbps. No subtitles.

    Playing the output file in Windows Media Player, the audio has a constant "buzz" in it. It's low volume buzz, so can still hear the music and dialogue, but it's annoying and could prevent low-volume dialogues from being understandable. I played the original DVD, and it has no buzz. Also I did a conversion from the disc to DVD-9 output files, using DVDFab's HDDecrypter, and the output .VOB files have no buzz when played.

    So, Wondershare's program is adding the buzz during the conversion.

    If you will help me to resolve this, I will purchase the program, maybe multiple licenses.

    Though we have not looked into your problem yet, I think there should be something wrong with the settings or during the operations. We may have to check your files in order to find out the cause of this issue.

    Thank you for response. I am trying the product now on another computer (in case there is some RFI or EMI in the first computer causing the buzz)?

    Not sure whether the buzz is gone, but NOW there's a new problem - I tell it to produce an .AVI file, but instead, it produces a .MP4 file. ???? What's with that?

    A comment above said “As consumers, I love companies offering solid product guarantees. " I cannot find any warranty on your website. It's nearly midnight now so I may go ahead and purchase now, despite these problems, but if we cannot fix these problem I will expect you to refund my money!
