Peter Gabriel Just purchased Backup4All 6 from BDJ on 1st Oct, The developers have now brought out version 7. Does this mean I would have to pay again to get the upgrade? If so then I feel I have been ripped off.

Constantin Florea I see the recent "Backup4All Professional" we ran on 29th of September 2017 ran with the following condition:
"Upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for minor versions only."

Also, I've just contacted the vendor as he will be able to better help clear the question you mention.

Peter Gabriel Thanks Constantin

Claudiu Spulber Hi Peter,
You are entitled to a free upgrade due to the fact that you purchased version 6 less than a month ago so please visit our site at https://secure.backup4all...step1.html, enter your key and you can continue to receive a free upgrade key.

Thank you.

Peter Gabriel I messed up the upgrade to version 7 and I have to say that I received some of the best support I've had from a software developer. Many thanks!!
