A Gratitude practice

So how do you comprise extra gratitude into your life? i like to recommend a regular practice of a few kind. case in point, you could:

– maintain a gratitude journal. each night time write five things for that you are thankful.

Or

– earlier than you visit bed, provide thanks for some thing for which you’ve never before been consciously grateful.

Making the practice part of your daily routine will normally attention your attention on gratitude. Knowing you’ll be doing this each evening will enhance your recognition and a focus through the day. “Oh, i have to remember that tonight.” “What am I going to be thankful for this evening?â€
