Peter Wallace The Checkout will not complete - it goes to a page not found, and when you hit refresh it does the same thing, but going back shows it as a $0 transaction with NULL in the cart. I can still get back to Paypal, but then it says that you can't edit the order. Seems like the Paypal as a payment option might not work.

Peter Wallace I just tried again with a CC to simplify things and it fails at the very end. I have tried using Paypal at the beginning, waiting to choose Paypal at the end, and using a CC with nothing to do with Paypal. I have the SAME problem every time so this is not a Paypal problem - I get to the finalize order - I even got to confirm my info with my Banks Site (using the Banks login info) so I might have been charged now THREE TIMES. I would like this software but I need to talk to someone - this is very frustrating. I might have already been charged multiple times.

Philip Oldaker Nice software but the payment system sucks.
I tried to pay with paypal but then it asks for your address
which is highly unusual for paypal.
But even after you enter it, it comes back with page not valid.
I will be checking my paypal account tomorrow so buyers beware.

Van Swofford I had the same problem as Peter earlier in the week, where it got to the bank site and hung. I never was able to complete that order. I think it's something to do with Bits duJour, since it has happened on multiple products, but I can't prove it. It really would be good to have it fixed.

Olivier Duque I confirm the checkout will not complete and goes to a 404 page. I did get the email confirmation from 2Checkout.com but no serial number.

Gary Weldon Anyone with payment issues, please be assured you will be taken care of. The 404 error has been resolved. It was an error on the part of the payment processor and unfortunately, horrible timing. If you've made a purchase, look for an email with download info.

Becky Pearce The checkout process completed without a hitch. The sad part is you have to wait up to 24 hours before you get your software so the payment processor can run your payment through "fraud checks". I purchased this today for my Grandson's birthday, which is today, thinking the timing was perfect for this offer. I paid through PayPal and would think paying that way would be safe for both vendor and customer, but still have to wait. Hopefully that was just a "worst case scenario" and I'll actually get the download like much sooner.

Gary Weldon Becky, this is just how 2Checkout processes payments. I don't know what "flags" certain transactions, but apparently there is a good deal of chargebacks and fraud among payment processors so they run a tight ship. No worries, just email us and we'll provide the link if you don't receive it very soon.

Back in 2005, in the middle of the Christmas season, you heavily advertised your caricature service on peeptoons.net. I don't know what happened with you, but after trying multiple times to reach you after I sent you the $59.99 payment, you failed to deliver my product. I reported you to the BBB and Paypal back then.

So now that you're back on the scene, I'd like for everyone on this board to know what you did in the past because and that there's a high likelihood that you will conveniently disappear once again once you collect their money. Who knows, your software could just be a shame too....

Furthermore, you can bet on the fact that I will be reporting your new company as well.

Hope you enjoyed the $60 you stole from me.

Gary Weldon Let's back up a bit. This software has been available going on 3 years with thousands of downloads. Furthermore, anyone who uses Paypal (or any payment method outside of cash for that matter) has an easy recourse to recover funds if they don't receive a product. With that said, email me directly. Gary Weldon - Wheres my money No. Based on prior experience with you, it seems like a public forum is the best way for you to respond as opposed to sending an e-mail.

You're right, let's take this back a bit. Better yet, why don't you call Oakland, California's BBB and respond to the following Complaint Case #: 57069306. They tried contacting you, but surprise, no luck.

Or why don't you contact paypal and ask them to pull up the following complaint Case #: PP-129-147-176, identifying yourself as Gary Weldon, using your devhip account. They also tried contacting you, but surprise, no luck.

And you're right about paypal. It is much easier for dupped consumers to recover their money NOW.

Unfortunately, I was dupped in 2005. Back in 2005, if the company already withdrew the money, there was no recourse for the victim. Over the past 3.5 years, paypal has steadily increased its security measures to protect people, such as myself, from similar situations that I encountered in 2005.

Gary, I'm not even asking for my money back. I just want you to do the right thing and apologize.

Gary Weldon I 100% concur that if you were somehow wronged then you deserve some resolution, and I do apologize if you sent money and didn't receive something in return. However this was almost 4 years ago. In fairness, what you're referring to is completely unrelated to this product. Now, if you truly believe that right should prevail (and it should), then email me and let's make it right. That's a sincere offer.
