Have you ever wondered how you could integrate all of your information into a larger superset of organized data? Think about it - all of the websites that you find useful are organized, yes, in your Bookmarks or Favorites list in your browser - but they're completely separate from your important documents, which are kept in your My Documents folder. Likewise, your favorite photos are in your media viewer, and noteworthy email messages are in yet another application, whether it be Outlook or an online mail program.

When it comes time to take in The Big Picture, you're still running back and forth between all of these services and applications. With myBase Desktop, you don't have to, because everything you need is stored in one place.

myBase Desktop is a freeform database, notes manager and outlining tool that helps you to organize unstructured text, web pages, images, documents, emails and many other files without limitations on length or file format. You can pack myBase Desktop full of data, because your information is compressed on the fly and stored in an intuitive tree hierarchy. Once you've captured all of your stuff in one place, myBase Desktop lets you organize, retrieve, search, and share information like never before!

This promotion includes the following:
myBase Desktop 7.x for Windows ($79)
myBase Desktop 7.x for Mac ($79)
myBase Desktop 7.x for Linux ($79)

Rodina User Purchased and found it great alternative to evernote, pocket etc.
Collecting web page content is easy and without any monthly fees (I do not need sync, and do not trust cloud).

wjjsoft support @Praveen We don't provide a portable package in the download page, but during setup, you have a choice to install the Windows version onto a USB drive and use as a portable version under the EULA: www.wjjsoft.com/eula.html

wjjsoft support @Jeffrey Krzysztow Current version doesn't provide inbuilt sync utilities. To sync database files with 3rd-party cloud/NAS drives, simply copy .nyf database files into the sync folder.

Monica User Is it possible to share the .nyf with a mac and pc of the same data? I use both types of machines and would like to be able to use the same data on both platforms.

Jeffrey Krzysztow If the folder is "shared", can more than one computer edit the same file?

wjjsoft support @Monica User The .nyf file format is cross-platform compatible and can be used on both Mac and Windows/Linux without file format conversion. To use a database on a different system, just copy the .nyf database file to the target system, or sync files by using a cloud or USB drive.

To enlarge the buttons and icons, please select the Options - General dialog box, then change the zoom factor for buttons/icons.

To enlarge text contents, please select the View - Content - Zoom In menu item; Or scroll mouse wheel with Ctrl held down.

The font size of outline/label views can be enlarged in the Options - Outline/label dialog.

wjjsoft support @Jeffrey Krzysztow No. The desktop edition doesn't support multi-editor access to the same database file, and it's not recommended to edit the database in a shared folder over network, in case of any network connection failure. We have released another web-based edition (InnoKB server), that allows multi-editors access over network by using a web browser.

Monica User Thanks for the icon size to get to view on the screen. My laptop had to use the 300% to be able to view normally.

Charles Beauchamp Is it possible to use the following functionality to capture both a directory tree of a already downloaded website along with the html files in each folder and multiple layers of subfolders of the website PLUS retain the hyperlinks of the html files?

Capture -> Import directory tree as hyperlinks or attachments
Jun 13 at 11:21am Copy Link

wjjsoft support @Manuel User The Windows, Linux and Mac versions need different license keys. So long as a key is installed on No more than 3 computers you have, it will also work within a virtual machine running the same OS platform.

wjjsoft support @Charles Beauchamp The Capture -> Import Directory Tree will import all html files including accompanying images from in the specified directory and sub directories, and retain the directory tree structure, but it doesn't move any internal hyperlinks, so the cross links may not work. The Capture -> Import .... utilities are designed as plugins written in Javascript, and is fully customisable. For the Plugin API reference please visit: www.wjjsoft.com/mybase_v7_plugins.html
