s User No license code in the confirmation email. I contacted engelmann and they are pushing me back to BDJ. Now what?

EDIT: I had my software receipt resent, and the code finally showed up on it. Now to see if it activates...

D J It took 3 e-mails to get the registration code. The initial e-mail from BDJ --> No registration code. I requested them to send it again --> No registration code. I then asked for a third time for the e-mail receipt and SUCCESS --> A REGISTRATION CODE finally appeared in the yellow block in the e-mail from BDJ. SUCCESS AGAIN --> Registration Code validated on-line and ACCEPTED after software installation.

Red Microuser Purchased pro version and did get reg code, but program crashes on installation and will not complete install. Install goes into never never land indefinitely. Tried many times.Win 8.1 cpu with 8gig memory.
How proceed ?

You MUST tick the option for newsletter to register the software, if you don't tick they don't give you the option for register! Why???

Engelmann Software To everyone that has issues registering or gets the "License key invalid" message:

There are two possible solutions:

1. Please start our software with a right click and the option "Start as administrator".

If that does not help:

2. Please enter an exception in your security software as it probably blocks communication to and/or from the activation server.

It does have support for FLAC in general! There may be some FLAC files we can't convert from but that should be the exception if some exotic codec is used.

Please uninstall and install freshly. Install as administrator and choose English as setup language. Then the program language is set to English, too.

Constantin Florea @Q User and @Kioumars User - I just contacted the vendor regarding your mentioned issues. The email with the link which will help you get the registration information comes from the vendor's servers. The only thing you will receive from BitsDuJour, is the receipt email with the registration information and the installer you need to use.

Constantin Florea @Linton User, The restrictions in terms of updates, installation and registration and support apply to the giveaway versions.

The paid versions (as is the Premium version here) have the same license policy as the one the vendor is using to sell the product on the product website.

You may have to activate TLS 1.1 in Chrome or Firefox as this is no longer natively supported in both.

We're currently upgrading our server to resolve this but that this will take a few more days.

Mike Montes I trie unsuccessfully to install this software back on March 11 an it woul not accept the license that was issued to me. The same thing is happening again. I guess this software isn't for me.
