Patrick Yancey I haven't seen much in the way of a Radio player and music downloader for the Macintosh, so I thought I'd give this a try on my MacBook. It's a pretty decent product. It would be even better if it worked with the social radio stations such as Pandora or Great product though and I'll buy when it's up on sale.

Software Guy Radiozilla uses a preset list of available stations listed by call sign or genre. At the start of each song, it records a temp file complete with the title. If you like the song, hit the record button anytime during the play and you instantly have a recording of the song from the beginning to the end in mp3 format. There is also an automatic setting which will quickly give you a complete library of music. Does it violate DRM? Probably not, as the files appear as the song is played, so they are probably resampled from the analog output of the sound card. Try it and you will like it. Great for teenagers. Good for playback on a mp3 player. If you are an audiophile you will still want to buy the high quality CD of your favorite songs. It is a per user (non-concurrent use) license. Great fun software...

Jason Howard Finding user reviews and comments on this product a bit scarce? As a new program it was offered on GOTD a few weeks ago. Comments and suggestions from July 25 have been posted @ http://www.giveawayofthed...adiozilla/

Mike Carlson I can't seem to make it work. It just sits there and says ready.

Mary Wilson Downloading this and forcing this to run on my system was hard as my Norton does not like it. Even though it did not like it, I did get it to run. I tried testing the program out by listening and found the music that came threw the program was not the best of quality. When I tried to record, I could not tell if it worked as I can not save anything. They have this feature disabled and only can try this out one you purchase the program. I also found out that they did not categorize very well alot of the sections. For example there was many stations that is not classical they list, but have nothing in. Many of the stations that are listed in the classical section are not really classical. Think of the Bach as classical but not Air Supply. That is easy listening. Might or might not be a good program, but it is to hard to tell which means I will not be purchasing it.

Evert Wandelaar It seems to me the sound comes through strong and open, without compression and in it's full force.
I like it.

Evert Wandelaar No further development it seems, no responce from the developer. The program is promising but underdeveloped, that's a pitty.
However for those who would like to take a look at it, it became freeware.
