Majik I Purchased Easy Watermark Studio on 17 July, on installation the Activation Key does not work. I have tried to contact Refero Group Software

refe.ro as detailed in their mail;at least three times both via E-mail and on their website but have not had any response at all.
So much for their policy to try to reply to all e-mails within 1 business day.
I'm still having to use the trial version.

The vendor does not live up to it's promise, I'm still waiting to hear from then and disappointed that I purchased a licence on 17 July and still having to use the trial version. How do I go about getting a refund?

Just to update, 39 days after purchasing a licence for Easy Watermark Studio, I still do not have a valid activation key, neither have I been offered a refund. The vender does not respond to my postings.

DrTeeth I got an email offer from them and emailed a question and did not get an answer MONTHS ago.

I notice you asked for a refund but they are offering to fix the problem - also not a good sign IMHO.

I'd be happy if it's sorted quickly (before the trial expires) otherwise I will insist on a refund. I am a little concerned that I had no response from the vendor until helped by BitsDujour though.

Majik Well, no refund, no fix, the trials expired, looks like I've wasted my money on a bad deal. Interestingly all my e-mails to their support site are also ignored.
