Kenneth Bates BACKGROUND INFO: I had been having trouble downloading Win10 updates since March 2019. It reached the point (October 2019) where Microsoft froze my P.C. and informed me that my BIOS was out of date. I re-flashed the BIOS then tried to re-load Windows but I got the message that I should do a fresh install and avoid all the update problems. This worked fine.

In August I paid the discount price for 1AVCenter through BDJ. I installed it, but didn't get around to using it until November, by which time the company claimed that I was installing it on a second computer. I explained the circumstances and all they would do was re-send me a registration key for my computer's original identity. Further correspondence since Christmas has remained unanswered. Obviously, they have no regard to the fact that I had been using their program for 8 years on a now-defunct Win7 computer.

Our e-mail sender has being black listed on Hotmal and Yahoo and other smaller providers so this is possibly the reason our answer didn't reach you. We are working on solving the black listing but in the meantime we want to assure you you can install your lifetime license of 1AVCenter on as many computers as you wish and request new KEYs.

At the end of the message I instruct you on how to request new KEYs. Since we don't know when we will get out of black lists then I want to open a channel at the e-mail pcwinsoft[at]ymail[dot]com for you to openly communicate with us and e-mail through which we can send you requested new KEYs in case you don't receive them by the regular service.

Here is how you can request new KEYS:

Step-by-Step

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Send key to my e-mail’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the e-mail address you used to register > Then click ‘Send’.

The key is sent to your e-mail address.

After you receive the key you go:

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Enter key’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the key you have received on your e-mail > Then click ‘Authenticate’.

Sorry to hear about your email problems which appear to have started just recently.
Thank you for replying to my forum post. My question regarding a refund was a last attempt to bring closure to this long-standing problem in such a way that I had not had a complete loss with my purchase last August. If I can get your program to register on my computer as it now is, instead of how it was four months ago that would be the best possible outcome.
If successful, I would be delighted to confirm that fact on this trail.

Install and then send me the HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT.

Run the program, click the Register button, then mark Enter REGISTRATION-KEY, click Next, and you will find the HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT in the middle of the dialog.

Send me the HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT and I will send you the key. It can be through this thread if you wish.

Kenneth Bates @Alex Ferri: I am delighted to report that this afternoon's registration attempt was successful. No question about a refund now!
Of course, having used the program for many years on my old computer, I am already quite used to it and, provided that the version now installed meets the "Lifetime" usage advertised, that is all I need.
Thank you again, for sorting this out for me. Regarding my Windows 10 re-install in October, only two other programs had to be re-registered and they were done back in October without any need for computer identity procedures.
