Robert User I purchased this software 2 days ago Order Number BDJ-MvMWdT.

I am unable to install it. When I try to install it shows 0% on the Windows Installer.

Also they help file states that a portable copy can be made during install but this does not appear be true.

Due to this I am requesting a refund.
