It's not so easy to ansver on your question. Maybe the following points will give you an overview.

- Easy of useage (administration)
- Support of many different tokens (like usb-stick, smartcard)
- Flexibility
- Fast Support by developers
- Password Scrambler (against key loggers)
- Supporting of certificate for encryption
- Sharing of the container in up to 100 Partitials (Optimize the network access and the backup-traffic)
- and so on ...

Keith Anderson With True Crypt you can use:
1) Password
2) Keyfile which can be any file like jpg, doc, pdf, etc.
3) Password and Keyfile

Will your program do that?
