Kate Hadley I have paid for this at regnow but where the serial number should be provided, it was blank. So although I have paid for the full version, I do not have a serial key.

I also have not received any email with the serial key - please could you re-send ASAP

Chris I would like this, but the price is to high for me and I most likely wouldn't use it that much as I don't have many family left and have no friends as I was disabled 15+ years ago and they all went poof.

But I would like to know how this works by means of sending the emails. Does it connect to your servers in order to send them, or does it connect to our email account(s)?

Also, if it uses our email account, why is this like a yearly license?

I also noticed on your site that it said that each different edition allowed X amount of contacts and employees and then it said (for trial purpose)

What is (for trial purpose) ??

I also noticed on your download page that it had each program listed and had "with Free License" at the end of the name of each.
So, if we get the software here we have to pay for it, but if we get it from your site it is free?

Last question, Why hasn't there been any posts for this software in over 7 months? And then only one disgruntled customer.

For your questions:

1) high price.

For most people, it is free, 50 contacts.
Even you want automatically send the greetings to 500 contacts, just need $49.

For an organization, the license fees are lower also.

2) Does it connect to your servers in order to send them, or does it connect to our email account(s)?

Uses your own email account(s).

3) If it uses our email account, why is this like a yearly license?
Not such a yearly license, please read the license agreement and the FAQ page carefully.
Your license will never be expire, you can use it forever (now works on WinXP - Win8) in your maximal version (any new versions within the future 1 year).

4) What is (for trial purpose) ??
For Free and Personal Licenses, because you are an individual, so you should have not any employee. But AMSBE still provides you with 6 contacts for trial purpose to know how does the Enterprise license work.

For Enterprise license, because you plan to use it for your employees, so AMSBE provides the 6 personal contacts for trial purpose to let you know how does this feature work.

5) So, if we get the software here we have to pay for it, but if we get it from your site it is free?
AMSBE works on a certain license type, Free License (no cost) is one of them and provided by the downloadable installer, after if you pay for a higher license, you will get the license key, and you can use the key to upgrade your current license.

6) Last question, Why hasn't there been any posts for this software in over 7 months? And then only one disgruntled customer.

Because the 24-hour promotion had been ended at that time.
And no user purchase from here in the 7 months.
Most users prefer to purchase a software on its official site.
