John H I currently use sync dot com because it is the only known HIPA certified backup system that I know of. But its "Vault" archive system does not offer incremental backup. Well, because it is an archive.

Can Cloudberry help with this problem?

Cary Adams Does this backup tool offer client-side file and file name encryption? What ciphers? Can encrypted files be decrypted outside the program itself?

Emoh User Hi, one question.

The "Storage Limits 1TB" is for a single backup operation or for the total amount of storage you are able to manage in your account?

For instance. I have Amazon Cloud Drive with unlimited storage, if I store there 2TB I won't be able to use Cloudberry Backup? Or the limits works in case I want to upload 1TB on a single operation?

Thank you.

Edit: Knock, knock! Is someone there? Here, in Europe, time is running out before night time and we have no answer...

Andy Mandy @Cary Adams, yes, it does offer the client side encryption for files and file names. It uses AES256.

Andy Mandy @John H we consider our product to be HIPAA compliant as we encrypt data on transmit and at rest. We also as a company don't have access to your customer data. All the transfer occurs between you and Amazon S3. AWS claims HIPAA compliance too. check out their compliance center
