Hi,

I have 2 questions:

The policy tab here says that upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for the lifetime of the product but in your FAQ we can read that we pay onetime fee of $29.99 (US) to CloudBerry Lab which includes one year free updates and email support.
So are the updates/upgrades just for 1 year or for the lifetime of the product?

And I would like to confirm that we can install it on 2 computers as stated in the policy here because your FAQ states that If we want to run it on two computers we need to buy two licenses.

1) When you make a purchase at $29,99 (or $14,99 today) you are eligible for 1 year free upgrades, but we have not been able to enforce that for the last three years and our customers benefit from free upgrades. We do plan to make paid upgrades in the future but no firm plans yet.

If you think of it you can't get MS Office 2003 and then get Office 2007 and 2011 for free. Sorry.

2) If you use the software for private purposes you can install it on two computers.

Prasad Paranjpe Good software. It is working just fine for me so far. Incremental and continuous updates seem to be working. The total data transferred on changed pst files is small. Next I will use it to back up SQL Server databases.
