Detalizer creates a virtual filesystem in which the same file may appear in several virtual folders without the need to make duplicate copies of it.
When it comes time to look for a particular file, just open Detalizer, which appears as a virtual drive in My Computer. Once there, you can browse through the hierarchical list of virtual folders, or search for an item using a specific keyword. You can even copy and paste the contents of Detalizer's virtual folders easily in Windows Explorer!
