Hi Folks, Even though it is the next day, I downloaded this for trial and liked the simplicity of setup and controls and seeing what was recorded and especially the quality of the .wav file I recorded from Paltalk. Even though I am no expert on recorder programs, it gets a thumbs-up. Shalom, Steven

I bought this the last time and this is so far my biggest disappointment of all the software I bought here because of the support. A short while after using it my PC died and I had to download the latest version. Unfortunately this version wouldn't accept my registration key. So I emailed the support a few times with the proof that I bought this software but they never responded. Since then I can't use Focus MP3 Recorder anymore I thought this software was abandoned but after read moreit came up here again I had the hope that I will get a response this time and emailed the support two days ago but again with no answer. What I've learned from this is to check the support before buying any software.

I got the registration info this time but I'm sure I wasn't been sent before because I have all blocking lists (online and offline) disabled and I will get every email including all spam. Your email wasn't even declared as spam. Why wasn't any reaction before to my emails sent to support@focussoft.net - the last one on Tuesday? Also is Focus MP3 Recorder finished or will there still be any updates? Will it work with Windows 7?

I downloaded an unregistered copy. I was trying to record from iTunes radio. When I open the recording program, my only choice for Record From is FGreen. Is this just because it is an evaluation copy or because it is iTunes? What would cause me not to be able to record?

I've purchased a copy of this program, and it does not run, after I loaded it. I get an immediate windows message saying that the program has stopped running and windows is checking for a solution. I'm running it on a newer Dell Desktop with the Vista Premium OS. I've emailed the company. I should have tried a download first, before paying for it...
