Look at you! You're really good about securing your home network by implementing router security and picking strong passwords, then go surf on public WiFi networks without a care in the world! The best way to ensure that your confidential information is safeguarded, both at home and on the road, is to hide yourself beneath a cloak of invisibility - which is exactly what Hotspot Shield Elite provides! It's today's discount software promotion, available for a limited time.

Hotspot Shield Elite secures your entire Internet surfing experience, whether you're at home or using a public connection. With Hotspot Shield Elite, all web transactions are secured using HTTPS, making your identity invisible to third-party websites and ISPs. Everything is safeguarded when you use Hotspot Shield Elite - passwords, credit card numbers, and the like - by the Virtual Private Network created by Hotspot Shield Elite. It's a tunnel of safety that effectively hides your data and movement from anything that's "outside" of the tunnel!

When you use Hotspot Shield Elite, all of your traffic is encrypted, not just the data going to sensitive sites. While banking sites typically use HTTPS, they're doing it to avoid losses on THEIR end, not out of some innate obligation to protect YOU. Hotspot Shield Elite raises the security level of your entire browsing experience to that of visiting a banking site. What's more, Hotspot Shield Elite can also be used to get around censorship restrictions that are imposed based on an IP address. By providing you with an address that's unique to the VPN, Hotspot Shield Elite gives you access to the entire world of websites regardless of content or location restrictions.

After you purchase Hotspot Shield Elite, it may be used for 12 months.

Peter C1 @Tortuga: You're absolutely a-kimbo with my thoughts on the matter - last October HSE received loads on comments & replies and yet this year little interest at all. (Although User Comments doesn't neccesarily indicate the number of BitsDuJour followers who actually take up the purchase offer)

Hopefully the BdJ MODERATORs will look into the matter even though the offer has now expired. Perhaps the smaller number of devices connected (3w/BdJ discount Vs 5 at retail price) is the one - minor, change of conditions when using the BitsDuJour discount.

If I DO finally get an answer to the 3 Vs 5 question, I'll (hopefully) post it here, so it may be worth looking in again.

***Regardless of 3 or 5, HSE is worth buying*** (i.m.h.o.)

J S Dear Rick Gardiner, I really need your help and assistance.

I was part way through buying another 3x Years worth of H.S.E. Service yesterday afternoon (about 36 hours ago) before the BitsDuJour 50% OFF Deal Expired, when I had to put my purchases on hold, because a Very close family member who had come over to spend some time with me, started having chest pains, so I dropped everything else so that I could get them to the local medical centre for immediate medical attention.

In hindsight the long time I spent with my relative at the medical centre, gave me time to pause, reflect and think about a number of matters, and when I finally got home about 6 hours ago I decided to check my emails and financial details, etc.

I discovered that I originally purchased 2x H.S.E. Licenses for $14.97 USD each (thru the BitsDuJour_com 50% OFF Deal back in October 25/26, 2012) because, although I couldn't use them immediately it seemed that this service would soon give me some much needed peace of mind when using the internet.

Looking at my email trail it appears that:

1. the 2 original licenses have both already EXPiRED, even though I HAVE NEVER USED - or to my knowledge, even accessed, the H.S.E. SERViCE or website.

2. 12 months after my original 2x purchases in October 2013, my credit card account was AUTOmatically DEBiTED for 2x 1Year of H.S.E. Service at the FULL PRiCE of $29.95 USD, which again have not been used.

I originally asked you some questions back in 2012, see BitsDuJour comments "...commentId=51395" and Your reply "...commentId=51397", and after reading of some other User comments and answers, in addition to HSE website information, I understood it was possible to purchase up to 5 years worth of H.S.E. Service (which was my intention) and then keep the 5 years worth of H.S.E. Service consecutive and continuously.

Now, peoples plans don't always go as expected and apart from my own major health issues, I have experienced DELAY's of 22 months (so far!) trying to get a reliable (read STABLE) and 'better than dial-up speeds' internet connection into my house, which, looks as though it will be all up and running trouble-free in the next 2 weeks, or at least thats what the technicians can tell me privately.

Currently I'm using a shared telephone connection and in large part my lousy internet connection is also the reason why I have not yet started using my H.S.E. Service Account(s).

Since starting this comment to You - 5 hours ago, I have been able to check some more details and make some phone calls too: I now know (remember) that an uncle was keeping an eye on my finances (and other personal matters) during the period mid-October 2013 thru to mid-December 2013 - for personal health reasons I can go into (if You wish to know), and consequently the 2x $29-95 USD amounts, where never made known to me, which was just an oversight, but given my telephone/internet connection problems I wouldn't have bought 2x October 2013 Licenses especially FULL PRiCE Licenses.

Question: Rick, is it possible to sort out this mess for me and reset my expired October 2012 Licenses as well as the 2013 Licenses (I couldn't find any mention of refunds being available for Retail/Full Price October 2013 Licenses?) and so forth?

I understand that you can see my email address and details, and I would gladly let you know the ST******** order numbers and any other details you need - or request, in order to sort the whole mess out.

I DO HOPE that this has all made some sense and that everything can be satisfactorilly rectified and fingers crossed within the next couple of weeks I'll be using the H.S.E. service to direct a lot of the time.

Kind regards, JS
