Michael R. Last time when this offer occured, this May, I asked about command-line arguments. Your answer was, it is planed and you gave some good ideas what is about to come.

Is there already any advance in that feature?

Constantin Florea Hi Michael. We are hopping that by the end of this year 2010 to release the new Image Filter Pro version containing the command-line argument feature.

Cathy Gould what caught my eye was this:Acquire images from the Web and from your hard disk: using the built-in browser. Browse any web page on the internet or any location on your hard disk and the images found there are automatically retrieved for you.

What I got when I tried it was:

1. There was a problem trying to save all images!
2. Could not save image C:\Users\hcg\AppData\Roaming\Iconico\ImageFilterPro\Storage\TEMP\LocalTemporaryFolder\tmpImg_dd7faef8-1a3d-4508-81fc-bb9b8ffc8634_nav_logo27.png

it couldn't save ANY images! What's the deal? What am I missing?

Constantin Florea A new version has been released which contains functionality to show the reason why the save was not possible in Cathy's case. After installing the new version, Cathy reported that the error is not obtained anymore. Also as a result of discussing the issue, we've got a series of improvement ideas related to the image saving feature of the application. The ideas have been written down and will be implemented in the upcoming version.

DrTeeth I always test software without reading the manual at first, just to gauge how intuitive the software is. I do not expect to he able to fully use every program (but often have) but I do not expect to come to a brick wall when trying to enter a path to my files as I did here.

I was one the verge of buying without trying to support BdJ/Iconico.
