Joseph Hyde I don't use favorites or bookmarks to save web sites! I make and save desktop shortcuts that I save in a folder on my computer. I must have hundreds of them. If my browser got corrupted or something would happen I would loose all of my bookmarks that's why I do it the way I do.

Thanks Much.

Sally Marciniak I just checked the website and it doesn't say anything about an only Portable version of LinkCollector. Is the version offered through BitsDuJour different?

Thanks

F.J. Garvin I downloaded the trial. Now a very intuitive program. And the on-line help file is totally useless. A simple start wizard would go a long way to get this program useful. I can see from poking around that it apparently syncs the bookmarks from the individual browsers but it is not clear if it then writes the updated file back to the browsers to keep them in sync. I would at least expect some sort of comparison module to show what bookmarks are in the main sync file and what needs to be added or deleted to the browsers. Maybe I am missing the point but without a help file, I can’t tell what the program should be doing.

Paul Bejenari @ F.J. Garvin Bookmarks of selected browsers will be synchronized when you press button 'Synchronize'. But before this, you need to close your browsers. Don't work with browsers bookmarks from program and from browsers in one time.
