Nick Forcier Hi VLM - We do not include third party drivers, as sometimes those drivers cannot be trusted. We rely on the manufactuers directly as trusted sources of drivers. You never know from 3rd parties what you are going to get out there.

Let's go for 2. :) Does your company offer, or would you consider offering, some sort of family license, where we can pay a bit more and then install on all the computers in the home, or up to 5 computers as long as our family owns them (this approach includes kids away at school), or the like?

Seems sensible to me, particularly since you have no activation requirement or procedure. What's to lose, what's the downside?

Also, what happens after 12 months? Does the software fall over?

Nick Forcier Hi VLM - We do have family packs you can order our 3 pack for $59.95, which includes 3 - 1 year subscriptions. At the end of the year you can still use the product but you will no longer be able to download the latest drivers. Let me know if that helps.

D J Strange that I can not find any reviews on this software title except on Amazon. But wait, the FOUR (4) reviews on Amazon were just recently posted AND within a day of each other (two on 9/11/12 and the other two on 9/12/12) just before this software made its appearance here on BDJ. Further, these glowing reviews (all with 5 Stars) read as if they were ALL written by the same individual, naturally praising the software. These smack of bogus reviews and makes me distrust the integrity of this software. PASS!

David Thomson Why would this utility be any better than, say DriverAgent which does the updating based on online access.

Also the fact that the ability to update the drivers after the subscription expires makes it about as useful as not having the software at all - the way I see it anyway.

Nick Forcier Hi David - The reason our product is a subscription, is because we are always updating our database for real time driver updates. Our database is not a set database, its is constantly updating every time there is a new manufacturer update available, similar to what you will find in an anti-virus program. Because we are always up to date with the most recent available drivers, we cannot continue to update your driver base after your subscription is over, again this would be similar to what you would see in an anti-virus program.
