Swift To-Do List 9 by Dextronet.com is a powerful and feature-rich task management software that remains simple, clean, and intuitive -- quite a revolutionary concept! With Swift To-Do List 9 Home, you will actually begin to enjoy task management, making you more productive and efficient in a painless fashion. All of your tasks, reminders, and notes are neatly organized in one location, accessible by a simple and intuitive interface that won't have you pulling your hair out.

Everything in Swift To-Do List 9 Home is organized into a tree, with over 140 icons that you can use to represent your To-Do lists. Everything can be reorganized using drag and drop. Recurring tasks alleviate the need to enter important things more than once. Plus, everything can be cut, copied, and pasted, or printed and exported for those of you who are on-the-go. You can even drag & drop emails (video demo) inside Swift To-Do List to create tasks from them!

Best of all, Swift To-Do List 9 Home is small enough to fit onto a thumb drive, so you can take it with you on the road for use on any computer!

NEW! Free Swift To-Do List Mobile Inbox app for iOS and Android allows you to add tasks when on the go. To use it, use menu File - Advanced - Enable Beta Features in the desktop version to display the Sync tab, and sync your database first. This will create your sync account. The sync feature also has a web-client available at https://webapp.dextronet.com. Note: Full-featured mobile apps are in the works and coming likely this year. The beta Sync feature doesn't sync attachments and recurrence yet, but it should be finished by the end of the year as well.

Awesome Swift To-Do List features include:
  • * Reminders
  • * Sticky notes
  • * Recurring tasks
  • * Rich notes (yup, manage both tasks AND notes!)
  • * Spreadsheets
  • * Create tasks from emails (Drag and Drop)
  • * Attach files/emails/links to tasks
  • * Drag and Drop EVERYTHING around with mouse to organize it
  • * Unlimited hierarchical to-do list tree with icons to organize your to-do lists, lists, memos and spreadsheets
  • * Subtasks (Pro-only)

Please note folks: the Home version doesn't include online sync, mobile apps, cloud backup and features available only in Professional and Ultimate, such as sub-tasks, calendar panel, extra task fields or 100 additional tree icons - all this is included in the Personal plan. The Mini plan additionally offers team support.
Check out the summary table and feature gallery of the Pro-only features by clicking here.

Roberto Hello. I'm an user of Swift To-Do (I have a bunch of your products). I updated a couple of times in the past, and upgraded to the Ultimate version 8.

I stayed with versión 8, and now I see v.9 is suscription based.

For a "solo player" like me, I think the Personal versión is the way to go? I dont know if this is the equivalent upgrade from v.8 Ultimate.

What will be the renewal price after 12 months? The standard price now discounted on your website is 16,30$ (+tax). That would be 236$ per year.

There are some referals about Professional and Ultimate versions on the Bits description, and maybe those are "deprecated" already.

TESS273 Although I have the Ultimate licence for 3 computers, I always have to watch the phrase, "Upgrade to Scription". Thank you for reminding me subscription all the time.

Jiri Novotny Hi Roberto, yes, if you like to roll solo and don't need to collaborate with a team of other users, the Personal plan is all you need.

All subscription plans allow you to install the Ultimate edition on an unlimited number of devices. The Home and Professional editions are no longer available for new customers (except for this Home giveaway).

If you purchase the Personal subscription plan during this promotion and stick with the renewal after the first year, you'll be charged the same discounted price even in the following years.

If you decide not to re-new your subscription, you can keep using STDL Ultimate on all the devices you installed it on, you'll just lose the Secure Sync features without an active subscription.

tracy User well i think this would be a good deal to TRY out but unless you upgrade then you can not test EVERYTHING out so im still up in the air as to weather or not to keep it installed and use or stay with my desktop calendar.

Noggin The Nog What a mess. It is very hard to see what the differences in functionality are between the different versions, and who wants to get sucked into subscribing annually - the up front equivalent of the subscription is a very large sum indeed. This looks like an object lesson in how to spoil a good product by trying to get ever more cash out of it.

Gavin Phoenix Hi Jiri.

I bought the annual personal edition but it didn't look like I'd setup a yearly payment. It looked like a one off. How will I be able to keep the same payment amount when the year ends?

Barnet Jim, you reply to TESS273 that if personal is purchased here for $49.50 and continue subscription, the per year subscription will stay @ $49.50. Fine print says

"Upgrades to future versions of the software will require additional payment. Installing a new version may overwrite the existing version and invalidate your license key."

Please clarify

John Hood Folks. In case you haven't noticed over the past year. The number of software offerings with an annual subscription is ever increasing. Protect yourselves. Read the fine print. Especially the bold print up front here that dutifully lays out the deal for us without you being surprised or having to hunt all over the author's website. I and others have asked for this many times and kudos to BitsDuJour for listening to us.

Only thing generally missing now is the exact version number being offered here. I have purchased many pieces of software here. In a few cases I double bought. No big deal but I would obviously rather not. It is a waste of time to keep asking what version is offered and a waste of space in these posts. BitsduJour is still itself the best deal around.

Jiri Novotny Hi Gavin, both the plans offered here are yearly, we also have a one-time subscription for a single year. Unless you cancel your subscription, you don't need to worry about that. Or you can contact the support with your individual case and payment method.

Hi Barnet, an active subscription also covers any possible major upgrades. The additional payment for example means a version 8 license wouldn't work in version 9 without an upgrade.

And yes, all the subscriptions allow you to install the Ultimate edition on an unlimited number of devices.

Jiri Novotny John,

all the subscriptions allow you to install the latest version of Swift To-Do List Ultimate (version 9), also you get all the minor and major updates for free (as long as the subscription is active). So if we decide to release a major upgrade to version 10, it's covered by an active subscription. If you decide not to re-new the subscription after the first year, you'll be able to use your currently installed version of Swift To-Do List.

Jiri Novotny Noggin, as the Personal subscription allows you to install the highest (Ultimate) edition on an unlimited number of devices, plus it allows you to use the Secure Sync features and makes you eligible for free major upgrades, I believe it's actually a much better deal than our previous model.

The price of the Swift To-Do List Ultimate 1-User-3-PC Pack was $199.95. You're getting more than that for $49.50 here. Even if you decide not to renew the subscription after the first year.

The Mini subscription plan offers all that for up to 5 users (who can collaborate using the cloud solution). That's the only difference between the Personal and Mini plans.

Gonzo You mentioned:
"If you decide not to re-new the subscription after the first year, you'll be able to use your currently installed version of Swift To-Do List."
Does that mean that the latest version I had when y subscription expired is mine to keep and use indefinitely?
What about if I have to format/reinstall?

Michael R. If a database of a STDL-Pro is sent to someone, who owns the STDL-Home version, what will happen? Can he read it completely, partly, or not at all?
Dec 15 2015 at 7:49am Copy Link

Jiri Novotny Gonzo, yes. Reinstalling shouldn't be a problem. If you'd like to read a bit more about the new subscription system, follow this link: http://www.dextronet.com/...ion-plans/

Jiri Novotny Michael, if you want to collaborate with someone using our Sync solution, you need to have an active subscription => you both have Ultimate.

Otherwise you can read a database created in a higher edition, you just won't see the values in columns that the Home edition doesn't have etc.

Rich N Hi Jiri. Please could you just clarify one thing for me. If I choose to purchase your Swift To-Do List Personal (Yearly) v9.0 can I install it with a new licence straight over the top of the current v9.507 Professional (paid for, but non-subscription) licence I am running, or would I have to uninstall the other version first?
Dec 15 2015 at 9:43am Copy Link

Jiri Novotny Hi Rich, if you're on the latest version of STDL 9, you shouldn't even have to install anything. You can simply enter the new license code, and activate your subscription (following the instructions you'll get via email after placing the order).

Brent Carey I have a question for Dextronet.....according to your website:

"We've also cancelled editions (previously: Home, Professional, Ultimate). The new Swift To-Do List plans always come as "Ultimate" now, fully loaded with all the features!"

So, what are we getting through this offer, then? I have read all the Fine Print.

Jiri Novotny The previous editions are no longer sold, all the new subscription licenses come with all the features previously only available in the highest (Ultimate) edition.

The Home edition offered here as a giveaway is no longer available anywhere else. If you purchase a subscription, you're getting an equal of the Ultimate edition.
