John Everett OK, sorry, I see now where it saved the exported button in three states. Please let me know about discount on the business version. This is a lot better than making buttons in Paint Shop.

Andy Hook I have tried buying this (via the links) but when i get to the payment site it is charging me the full $29.99 (£18.47) price.

Its says $14.38 which should be (£9.04) but in actual fact is charging the full $29.99 after conversion.

Not only did i have to pay full price, my activation code wont work either, I keep getting.

I have tried submitting a ticket via the website contact form but it seems that is broken too !!

Walter Jayanth The checkout page will have some other third party products added to the shopping cart defaultly. These are some additional products with special discounts you may purchase. But if you do not want to buy them with the SWiJ Web Buttons Creator you should enter '0' at the quantity box besides each product except the Web Buttons Creator.

If you have selected the SWiJ Web Buttons Creator only, the price would be as listed here. Sometimes you have to pay a tax additionally if you are buying from a Europian country. That's may be the reason the final conversion comes to $29.99.

Yes i thought that may be the case too, but then added tax should be clearly shown and is normally added after going to the final pay page

I un-ticked all the extra software, but right now price isn't my main problem, its the fact the software won't activate !!

You have to enter the Activation Code without any spaces between or at the end of the code. It is a single line of code which you have to copy and paste in the 'Enter Activation Code' box as a single line. Please remember that you need to be online when the activation is running.

I did enter the activations code as you suggested, but still the same error code.

John Everett I am having the same error with the install, I got an email reply saying "...without any spaces.." and "you need to be online" -
I am on Verizon Fios - I suspect the problem is that the program is not detecting that I am online. I tried it on two computers but they are on the same network, one wired one wireless.

Andy, how do you get online? If you come up with a solution on your own, please email me! I'll do the same.

I am on BT Broadband (UK)

The problem only occurs when trying to activate the demo works just fine, I have tried the following

1) Disabling Firewall Software and Hardware
2) Putting a clean image on (a fresh install in effect) so that nothing remains of the demo version, re-installing and trying again.
I have cut and pasted the code directly from the e-mail, still with the same results. If I get a solution before you, I will of course inform you :)
