Duane Dalian This looks like a very useful program but the download did not include and documentation, help file or tutorial. When you click on the online help menu item it takes you to the main web site. Are there any instructions or tutorials available?

There isn't any online help at this time, but Atnsoft will respond to emails fast if you ever have a question or concern..

I have this and another text paster program of theirs. Good software.

I am very surprised that someone would sell a piece of sofware with no instructions. It doesn't seem overly complicated but I really don't want to send a lot of time tring to figure it out then deciding It really won't work for me. A single page of instructions would do it.

If you go to their site, they have screenshots and a brief description of the program.
If you installed it, it does have a drop down help menu and you can click online help. I'm not sure what is there as I purchased it and a month later purchased their Key Manager which does all the Text Paster does and more.

The two programs are made by the same developer. I believe the correct way to say it is Text Paster is just that, you assign keys to text in the program and when you use the hot key combinations for one of your text snippets, it will paste it for you. It has, I believe, 2 methods of pasting, which are 1. just like you would do it with the Ctrl +v and 2. it simulates typing the text.

Key Manager does that, but also a lot of other things, like you can assign folders or programs to open with your choice of hot keys.

I hope this helps some. I haven't really messed with the Key Manager much, I have a bunch of text stuff set up in it to paste, but I will soon be adding some folders and programs I use a lot into it.

I ask - as it looks like it is useful software - and if I can purchase just one product - that would be great!

A: No, there aren’t.


Q: I guess the next question is you have another program called Key Remapper. Are all those product features in Key Manager as well?

A: Yes, except - Key Manager does not allow to remap the modifier keys: Alt, Ctrl, Shift and Win. We will try to implement this feature in future versions.
