In a nutshell, it's comprehensive, affordable imaging software for small business and home users.
"Well, what the heck is imaging software?"
Imaging software is used to scan, store, organize, and provide easy access to pretty much any paper document, including credit card slips, invoices, warranty documents, tax documents, medical insurance claims... you get the idea!
Now, we're not suggesting that you should throw out your filing cabinets immediately. After all, those suckers are HEAVY! We're simply suggesting that you might want to start thinking about how to fill that big empty space beside your desk...
Firstly, the customer support is exceptional. this software is simple yet powerful - it allows you to store all your documents in one place and retrieve them using a filtering system. It will soon be able to read pdf files (I'm told) which allows a smooth transition from the buggy and abysmally supported Paperport 11. I'm looking at migrating from paperport 11 pro to this software and my order will be going in on 1st May ! My thanks go to Simon and Dean of Wagglesoft who have helped answer some questions i've asked.

Well, here's an update. I've been using the software since May and have got about 3 years worth of documents in the system now - many of which were imported. My new documents are scanned in. Every statement, letter, receipt etc etc is stored in Waggleimage and retrieved in seconds. Their latest release includes pdf import/and viewing and the wagglesoft team are keen on improving their product and listen to their users feedback. Some suggestions have already been incorporated to make the software easier to use. A big 'thank you' to Dean and hist team for providing the exceptional level of support. I've used paperport versions 8 thru to 11pro and I prefer Waggleimage. It's far less expensive also. The support from Nuance is at the opposite end of the scale to Wagglesoft.

We have had some Antivirus software incorrectly report a virus in the installation. This is a false positive. Should this occur with anyone, please contact support and we will assist you with this matter.
I saw the download (trial) on bitsdujour- after downloading the software application, I got a message stating that the software was shareware... after launching a new message appeared that I had 1 day/1 execution remaining and then upon launching a new message said that my trial was over:) Never got to try the software was told by bitdujour to contact you directlu Thank you According to the bitsdujour site I have 7 hours remaining to test- could this be because of time zones??
We have sent you a license key that will sort out this problem. From time to time the trial component recognises something on the system which results in it getting a bit confused.
