James K I have a CD that has a crack starting in the central hole, and going about an inch and a half twords the outer edge of the disk.

Will WinX DVD Copy Pro allow me to slow down the drive to 1x, to maximize the chance of reading the files?

Facebook staff have changed the layout of the pages overnight so you may have to reload a few times thats if "Constantin Florea's" tips don't work.
You could also try Opera web browser.
I'm just a BDJ user too but I don't mind trying to help others along the way. Hopefully you get sorted soon.

Ron Cavin I downloaded and installed this morning, but when I entered the registration code that Bits du Jour provided, a message told me the code was incorrect. I tried again, being sure I'd left no spaces, etc, using copy/paste from the email I received, but still no good, the reg code was still invalid.
Please send me a VALID registration code!!!
Getting a little tired of registrations not working with Bdu Jour

Steve Baltic I downloaded and installed the app. I opened the app. so I could register it but no place to register!?!? I went to help file and it said to click on the "key" link but that doesn't show up on app. screen. How do I register this app.? Am I missing something here? Thank you.

Molly_Digiarty @Steve Baltic - The key icon is on the top left, just under the software name WinX DVD Copy Pro. If you still cannot find, please close quit the program then run it again, a register window will pop up. There you can copy/paste the license to activate it.

Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned in my first message, the key icon DOES NOT appear on the app. screen. Not in the top left corner or anywhere else. Then I closed and re-opened the app. I did the same with my browser and re-booted as well. Still no key icon. Then I went to the "About" pop-up and it says Licensed Copy. So I presume that means it's already registered and I DO NOT have to use the registration code I received via email. Is this correct??? Thank you.

If so then I could help further with downloading the installer (you said you had trouble downloading it). I did try to find your order but there are no entries matching your name or email address for this promotion. Did you use another name or email address while purchasing?

Thomas Edwards Constantin, many thanks for your response - I did not expect any action on your end. Anyway, to amplify, I was in Mexico and we did have a lot of trouble with intermittent router/ wi-fi connection so perhaps that was the root cause (but there are no entries matching your name or email address for this promotion) which would account for your being unable to trace my transmission. I do not think I got past my attempts to order and no response . Maybe the promotion will be repeated again.

Downloaded and installed the software during the promotion. I am in the process of migrating to a new computer. I am attempting to re-install the program on the new computer using the registration code I received via email during the promotion, but this time to no avail. I have already "de-registered" the program on the computer I am moving away from. Any chance you could guide me through this?
